We reserve the right to ship from any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Trucking Company) to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Our website only offers UPS Ground shipping. If you need expedited shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day) please call us @ 800-581-8705 to get an expedited shipping quote.
We can do 3rd Party shipment billing on some items but not all items listed on our website. If you'd like to use your UPS/FedEx account please call us prior to placing the order online to see if what your ordering can be billed to your UPS/FedEx account.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping on the checkout page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional and weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy - Customers Discretion
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us for an RMA request with details about the items you wish to return.
You must request an RMA on most new, unopened items within 15 days from date the purchase was received. Thereafter, all sales are final.
If a customer wants to return item(s) that are not defective they must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition otherwise no credit will be issued.
All approved returns will incur a 25%-35% restock fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturers return restocking fee policies) when the customer is returning product at their discretion. The restock fee will be waived and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Example: you received an incorrect or defective item). Returns without an RMA number will incur a 50% restock fee.
The restocking fee is NOT a penalty. It is a costly process to restock items and prepare them for resale. When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes all responsibility for insuring the return of shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns.

Products that are non-returnable. Examples below: (Replacements only for defectives/damaged products)
1. Lighting fixtures if installed
2. All black light bulbs
3. Custom or customer cut strip/tape light
4. Ballasts if installed
5. LED Drivers if installed
6. Low voltage transformers if installed
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
Damaged or Missing Items from Shipments
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 48 hours of receipt. Reports after that time will not be honored. Please contact us for all damage claims. Replacement item(s) will be shipped out once the RMA is placed with the manufacturer. Please keep the damaged product(s) because the manufacturer may want those items shipped back.

Please DO NOT throw away defective items that are under warranty. Most manufacturer's will typically want the defective product shipped back for testing. No replacements, credits or refunds will be given on items sent back for testing until the item has been found to be defective.
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. The statement "Average Rated Life" does not designate warranty. Please contact us for all warranty claims and we will direct you on how to file a claim for a replacement or refund. The customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs on warranty claims after 30 days of purchase.
