Important Ordering Information

  • Please verify voltage, color temperature (CCT), base type, and compatibility before ordering.
  • Many lighting products are project-specific or manufacturer direct items and may not be eligible for return once shipped.
  • Installed products are considered accepted and non-returnable unless defective.
  • If you are unsure whether a product will work for your application, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping

  • Gladiator Lighting typically ships within the continental United States only.
  • If you need shipping outside the continental U.S., please contact us with the product SKU before placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to ship using the carrier that best ensures safe and timely delivery, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight/trucking carriers.
  • Our website currently offers UPS Ground shipping during checkout.
  • For expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day service, please call 800-581-8705 for a quote.
  • Third-party shipping billing using your UPS or FedEx account may be available for certain items. Please contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Many items ship based on dimensional weight and package size, and carrier policies require weights to be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt shipment.
  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
  • Refused shipments not related to damage or Gladiator Lighting error will be treated as a return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges.

Returns

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Restocking Fee

  • Approved discretionary returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • If an order is cancelled after shipment, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
  • Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance when returning products.

Project Orders & Special Orders

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
  • Special order products
  • Custom configured products
  • Large project quantity orders
  • Manufacturer direct ship items
  • These items may require manufacturer approval before a return can be authorized.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
  • Lighting fixtures that have been installed
  • Black light bulbs
  • Custom or cut LED strip/tape lighting
  • Ballasts that have been installed
  • LED drivers that have been installed
  • Low-voltage transformers that have been installed
  • Installation of a product is considered acceptance of the product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically issued within 4 weeks of the returned product being shipped back.
  • This timeframe includes:
  • 5-10 business days for transit
  • 3-5 business days for return inspection
  • 5-10 business days for bank processing
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
  • Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Please retain all damaged items and packaging, as they may be required for inspection.
  • Replacement items will be processed once the manufacturer RMA process has begun.

Warranty Claims

  • Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and manufacturer.
  • If you believe a product is defective, please contact us to request a Warranty RMA.
  • Do not discard defective products, as manufacturers often require them for inspection.

Defective Product Verification

  • Items reported as defective may be subject to manufacturer inspection and testing.
  • Replacement, credit, or refund will only be issued after the product is confirmed defective.
  • Products found not to be defective may be returned to the customer and may incur shipping or restocking charges.
  • Gladiator Lighting reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products showing signs of:
  • Improper installation
  • Electrical damage
  • Misuse or modification
  • Normal wear

Warranty Shipping

  • After 30 days from the purchase date, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty replacements, unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer.
