Refund policy
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Returns without an RMA may be refused.
Restocking Fee
- Approved discretionary returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- If an order is cancelled after shipment, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
- Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance when returning products.
Project Orders & Special Orders
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Special order products
- Custom configured products
- Large project quantity orders
- Manufacturer direct ship items
- These items may require manufacturer approval before a return can be authorized.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Lighting fixtures that have been installed
- Black light bulbs
- Custom or cut LED strip/tape lighting
- Ballasts that have been installed
- LED drivers that have been installed
- Low-voltage transformers that have been installed
- Installation of a product is considered acceptance of the product.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically issued within 4 weeks of the returned product being shipped back.
- This timeframe includes:
- 5-10 business days for transit
- 3-5 business days for return inspection
- 5-10 business days for bank processing
