Complete this form to request a return or replacement for merchandise purchased from Gladiator Lighting. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the approval status.

Manufacturer Return / Replacements Requirements

Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. Please review the return requirements below before submitting your request.

  • 25% Restocking Fee: Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% manufacturer restocking fee.
  • 5-Day Reporting: Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • 30-Day Return Window: All other return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All sales are final after 30 days.
  • RMA Required: Once your request is approved, Gladiator Lighting will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with complete return instructions and the manufacturer's return address.
⚠️ Do not return any merchandise until you have received your approved RMA Document. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused by the manufacturer.
