Complete this form to request a return or replacement for merchandise purchased from Gladiator Lighting. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the approval status.

Manufacturer Return Processing

Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% manufacturer restocking fee. Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery. All other return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All sales are final after 30 days. Once your request is approved, Gladiator Lighting will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with complete return instructions and the manufacturer's return address. Do not return any merchandise until you have received your approved RMA.
