The DAMAR 38619A is a 17-watt 2-foot T8 U-Bend LED replacement lamp designed for Type B ballast bypass (direct-wire) installations. It operates on 120-277V line voltage after removing the existing fluorescent ballast, providing an energy-efficient retrofit solution for commercial fluorescent U-bend fixtures.
