The LEDone HB0268 HA03-050-U-50-000-CG-T is a rugged 50W LED explosion-proof lowbay light designed to provide reliable illumination in hazardous and demanding industrial environments. Producing up to 7,000 lumens with an efficacy of 140 lumens per watt, this fixture features a fixed 5000K daylight color temperature, 70 CRI, and a 120° beam angle that delivers soft, uniform light distribution. Engineered for Class I, Division 1 hazardous locations, it is well suited for warehouses, factories, workshops, petroleum and petrochemical facilities, gas stations, railways, ship ports, public security facilities, and fire protection applications where dependable performance is required.

The fixture is constructed with a low-copper aluminum alloy housing and mounting bracket featuring a special anti-corrosion treatment for long-term durability in harsh operating environments. Exposed hardware is manufactured from stainless steel, while the tempered glass lens provides excellent optical protection and performance. Operating on 120-277VAC power, the fixture utilizes LED 3030 chips and features a 0.9 power factor, less than 20% total harmonic distortion, and integrated surge protection rated at 4kV line-to-line and 6kV line-to-earth. The non-dimming design provides dependable operation with instant start, quiet performance, no UV or IR radiation in the light beam, and soft, uniform illumination. The included trunnion mounting bracket simplifies installation, while optional pendant mounting with either a 3/4-inch or 1-inch NPT hub provides additional installation flexibility.
