The LEDone HB0269 HA03-070-U-50-000-CG-T is a rugged 70W LED explosion-proof lowbay light designed to provide reliable illumination in hazardous and demanding industrial environments. Producing up to 9,800 lumens with an efficacy of 140 lumens per watt, this fixture features a fixed 5000K daylight color temperature, 70 CRI, and a 120° beam angle that delivers soft, uniform light distribution. Engineered for Class I, Division 1 hazardous locations, it is well suited for warehouses, factories, workshops, petroleum and petrochemical facilities, gas stations, railways, ship ports, public safety facilities, and fire protection applications where dependable performance is required.

The fixture is constructed with a low-copper aluminum alloy housing and mounting bracket treated with a special anti-corrosion finish for long-term durability in harsh operating environments. Exposed hardware is manufactured from stainless steel, while the tempered glass lens provides excellent optical protection and performance. Operating on 120-277VAC, the fixture utilizes LED 3030 chips and features a 0.9 power factor, 20% total harmonic distortion, and integrated surge protection rated at 6kV line-to-line and 10kV line-to-earth. The non-dimming design provides dependable operation with instant start, no humming, and no UV or IR radiation in the light beam. The included trunnion bracket simplifies installation, while optional pendant mounting with either a 3/4-inch or 1-inch NPT hub offers additional mounting flexibility.
