The LEDone LOC-4FTSL-MW(20/30/40)MCCT(35/40/50) is a commercial-grade 4ft LED Strip Light with a built-in sensor base, designed to provide high-efficiency illumination, flexible controls, and dependable long-term performance. Featuring field-selectable 20W, 30W, and 40W power settings together with selectable 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K color temperatures, this versatile fixture allows installers to customize both light output and color temperature from a single luminaire. Producing up to 5,668.4 lumens with efficacy up to 141.71 lumens per watt, an 82 CRI, and a wide 130° beam angle, it provides bright, uniform lighting for warehouses, stadiums, factories, parking areas, shopping malls, supermarkets, logistics centers, auto dealerships, and other commercial spaces.

Constructed with a durable metal housing finished in matte white and paired with a smooth polycarbonate cover lens, this LED strip fixture is designed for reliable everyday operation. Standard 0-10V dimming provides smooth light-level adjustment, while the integrated sensor-ready base supports optional PIR and microwave occupancy sensors, including Bluetooth-enabled models. Operating from a universal 120-277V input, the fixture can be installed using the included J-box cover, surface mounted, or suspended with an optional suspension kit.

The LOC-4FTSL-MW(20/30/40)MCCT(35/40/50) features a linkable design that allows up to 11 four-foot fixtures to be connected using the required wire harness and end bracket. It is IP20 rated for dry indoor locations and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 45°C.
