The LEDone LOC-22HTR-MW25WMCCT is a commercial-grade 2x2 LED troffer engineered to provide efficient, versatile illumination for a wide range of indoor commercial environments. Featuring field-selectable 15W, 20W, and 25W power settings along with selectable color temperatures from 3000K to 6500K, this fixture allows installers to customize both light output and color appearance from a single fixture. Delivering up to 3,500 lumens with an efficacy of 140 lumens per watt, an 80 CRI, and a 97° beam angle, it provides uniform, glare-free illumination for warehouses, schools, manufacturing facilities, convention centers, offices, supermarkets, logistics centers, big-box retail stores, exhibition halls, and gymnasiums.

Constructed from durable sheet metal with all-steel surfaces finished in a high-gloss powder-coated finish, the LOC-22HTR-MW25WMCCT combines a slim-profile design with dependable long-term performance. The fixture operates on universal 120-277V input power, features a 0-10V dimming driver, high-efficiency surface-mount LEDs, dual power supply design, and a built-in sensor base for easy installation of optional smart occupancy sensors. It supports both recessed T-bar installations and surface mounting, making it suitable for new construction as well as retrofit applications while simplifying maintenance and future upgrades.

Designed for long service life, this LED troffer is rated for up to 100,000 operating hours at 35°C ambient temperature and carries a 5-year limited warranty.
