The Topaz LHB-30L-W-PCS-HVEM LED Linear High Bay combines field-selectable wattage and color temperature with an integrated emergency battery backup, making it ideal for commercial and industrial facilities requiring reliable emergency illumination. Typical applications include warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, gymnasiums, and large retail environments.

The fixture allows installers to select 120W, 160W, or 200W operation and choose between 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures during installation. Depending on the selected settings, the fixture delivers between 18,600 and 30,000 lumens while providing excellent energy efficiency and uniform illumination.

An integrated emergency battery backup provides 90 minutes of emergency illumination during power outages. The emergency driver delivers constant power to the LED system, ensuring safe egress lighting when normal power is interrupted.

The die-cast aluminum housing features a center-mounted driver compartment for superior durability and thermal management. A white powder-coated finish and optically enhanced diffused lens provide excellent glare control and visual comfort.

A high-voltage 277-480V driver includes standard 0-10V dimming capability. The integrated low-voltage sensor receptacle supports optional plug-in PIR occupancy sensors and lighting controls for enhanced energy savings.

Standard suspension mounting hardware including V-hook and chain is included. Optional surface mount brackets, pendant mount brackets, wire guards, occupancy sensors, and remote controls are available separately for maximum installation flexibility.
